X33: Genesis
A genetically distinct cannabis lineage defined at the moment of emergence.
What This Is
X33: Genesis is a mutation-derived cannabis lineage developed through a controlled process known as mutagenic precision breeding (MPB).
It exists as a documented research lineage and has been independently analyzed as part of an ongoing genetic study.
It is not presented as a commercial strain release or traditional seed offering.

Why This Exists
X33: Genesis exists to examine what happens when genetic divergence appears at the earliest stage of development — before selection, stabilization, or refinement take place.
Rather than beginning with traits and selecting backward, this project began with a single, documented emergence event and followed both developmental paths forward from the start.
The result is a lineage that can be observed, compared, and studied at a point where most breeding programs have already narrowed the field.
This approach is not intended to optimize outcomes. It exists to document origin, divergence, and developmental possibility.
Recorded Observations
Across multiple generations, X33: Genesis has exhibited a consistent bias toward polyembryony, with twin seedlings appearing repeatedly.
Seed morphology has remained visually consistent and distinct from reference populations, indicating divergence at the structural level.
During early development, variation in growth patterns has been observed at emergence rather than arising later through selection.
Despite these differences, internal genetic relatedness remains high, with genomic similarity retained across sexual generations.
These are recorded observations, not commercial claims.
Genesis Phase Inclusion
During the Genesis phase, a limited number of HerbsNOW® dryers may include an X33 observational reference sample provided solely for educational context.
This inclusion is not offered for sale and is not presented as a commercial product.
